Job Summary
Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts, manage contract renewals and upsell opportunities, oversee the contract lifecycle, and collaborate with OS CSMs and Specialists to ensure successful renewals and revenue growth; requires strong analytical skills, sales operations knowledge, and excellent English communication; hybrid role with ~2 days/week in an HPE office in Romania.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Typically 4-6 years experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of sales operations processes and contract lifecycle management
- Experience with planning and forecasting methodologies
- Ability to work with data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mastery in English
