OS Installed Base Account Specialist

Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts, manage contract renewals and identify opportunities to expand existing contracts (upsell/add-on services), build strong customer relationships, and ensure execution of operational tasks with OS CSMs and AOL. Leverage sales operations tools and forecasting methods to monitor revenue and pipeline, drive process improvements, and communicate effectively with stakeholders in English.
