Job Summary
Review and investigate overages, shortages, and damages to reduce or eliminate loss and damage claims. Perform other work-related duties as assigned while working with customer service and assisting the Service Center Manager. Conduct administrative duties to help the operations team be more efficient. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay from Monday through Friday with no weekends. Required Qualifications
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
