Job Summary
Provide individualized and small-group Orton-Gillingham instruction while monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching methods as needed. Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support students with language-based learning differences. Maintain accurate records and progress documentation. Support classroom instruction and student learning as a Teaching Assistant when additional hours are available. Requires Orton-Gillingham training at an Associate level, a Bachelor's degree, and experience working with students with dyslexia or learning differences. Minimum commitment is three days per week, approximately 20+ hours. Clearway School serves students with social, emotional, and learning challenges in a supportive environment.
