Job Summary
Treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell® in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting. Evaluate plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, developing relationships with families throughout the treatment process. This role offers a traditional workweek with no nights or weekends, direct patient care with minimal paperwork, and no productivity quotas. Candidates must be Certified Orthotists with pediatric experience preferred. Cranial Technologies provides a formal training program with mentoring, quarterly performance bonuses, and annual raises.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Orthotists only
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

- Florida Candidates Only: We are an employer covered by AHCA's screening program and the person who fills this position will be required to complete this screening
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric experience a plus
- A background in pediatrics is preferred, but not necessary as we have a formal training program that includes mentoring
- PTs and OTs are an excellent fit with their background knowledge of symmetry and asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant/toddler development
- Registered Nurses are a great fit with their experience in hands-on patient care and compassion for families as well as their capability to treat the whole patient
- Certified Prosthetist-Orthotists & Certified Orthotists are also a strong fit because of their hands-on experience with orthotics and direct patient care
