Job Summary
Provide specialized inpatient care to patients undergoing total joint replacements, fracture repairs, trauma surgeries, and recovery from gastric bypass or sleeve gastrectomy procedures. Collaborate closely with therapy services to promote rehabilitation, mobility, and independence for musculoskeletal conditions. Work within Mercy's Innovation Unit to pilot new ideas and technologies that enhance workflow and improve the patient experience. This role offers flexible scheduling for days, nights, or weekends with shift differential pay. Eligible candidates may qualify for a $10,000 sign-on incentive (RN) or $2,000 (LPN), plus tuition reimbursement and student loan forgiveness. Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- Current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
