Provide specialized inpatient care for patients undergoing total joint replacements, fracture repairs, trauma surgeries, and recovery from gastric bypass procedures. Collaborate with therapy services to promote rehabilitation, mobility, and independence for musculoskeletal conditions. Participate in Mercy's Innovation Unit by piloting new ideas and technologies to enhance workflow and patient experience. Maintain current RN or LPN licensure in Missouri and hold Basic Life Support certification. Earn up to $10,000 sign-on incentive for RNs or $2,000 for LPNs with full benefits starting day one.
