Orthopedics Nursing - RN or LPN - Days or Nights - Mercy Hospital St Louis

Deliver specialized inpatient care for patients undergoing total joint replacements, fracture repairs, and trauma surgeries, while managing recovery from gastric bypass and other medical-surgical procedures. Collaborate with therapy services to promote rehabilitation, mobility, and independence for musculoskeletal patients. Participate in the Innovation Unit by piloting new ideas and technologies to enhance workflow and improve the patient experience. Requires current RN or LPN license in Missouri, BLS certification, and an accredited nursing degree. Offers up to $10,000 sign-on incentive for RNs and $2,000 for LPNs, plus shift differentials and tuition reimbursement.
