Job Summary
Provide compassionate, specialized care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including those undergoing total joint replacements, fracture repairs, trauma-related surgeries, and recovery from gastric bypass or sleeve gastrectomy procedures. Collaborate closely with therapy services to promote rehabilitation, mobility, and independence while working as part of a supportive Med/Surg team. Participate in Mercy's Innovation Unit initiatives to pilot new ideas and technologies that enhance workflow and improve the patient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- Current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
