Job Summary
Provide specialized inpatient orthopedic nursing care to patients undergoing total joint replacements, fracture repairs, trauma surgeries, and recovery from gastric bypass or sleeve gastrectomy procedures. Collaborate closely with therapy services to promote rehabilitation, mobility, and independence for musculoskeletal patients. Participate in the Innovation Unit by piloting new ideas and technologies to enhance workflow and improve the patient experience. Requires current RN or LPN license in Missouri, BLS certification, and an accredited nursing degree. Full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts available with comprehensive benefits including sign-on incentives, tuition reimbursement, and loan forgiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- Current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
