Job Summary
Provide compassionate, specialized care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including those undergoing total joint replacements, fracture repairs, and trauma-related surgeries. Manage patients recovering from gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, and other medical-surgical procedures while collaborating closely with therapy services to promote rehabilitation, mobility, and independence. Work within Mercy's Innovation Unit to pilot new ideas and technologies that enhance workflow and improve the patient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- Current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association
