Job Summary
Orthopaedic Hand, Shoulder, and Upper Extremity Surgeon sought to join Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder injuries; conducting patient consultations; developing and implementing treatment plans (surgical and non-surgical); performing orthopaedic surgical procedures on the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder; collaborating with a healthcare team; and providing high-level patient-centered care in a private-practice setting. Requirements include a medical degree, completion of an Orthopaedic Surgery residency, board certification, fellowship in Hand/Upper Extremity, and an active Pennsylvania license. The practice emphasizes autonomy, collaborative team environment, and a broad outpatient orthopaedic workforce across five Pittsburgh-area offices with extensive services.
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of an Orthopaedic Surgery residency program
- Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Orthopaedic Fellowship training in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery
- Valid medical license with the ability to obtain a Pennsylvania license
- Board Certified/Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Interest and availability to provide general orthopaedic care preferred
- Minimal on-call emergency coverage, no level I trauma
- Ability to obtain Pennsylvania state medical license
