Job Summary
Orthopedic trauma surgery nurse practitioner needed for locum coverage at a Level 1 trauma center in South Carolina. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive orthopedic trauma coverage with day shifts from 6am to 2pm on weekdays and 24-hour call on weekends, managing Level 1 trauma cases with OR coverage, ICU and hospital rounding, ED support, consultations, and post-operative care for orthopedic trauma patients (approximately 20 patients daily). Must hold ACLS or ATLS certification and have experience with reductions and washout procedures using the eClinical Works EMR system. Location on-site in Eastover, SC.
