Job Summary
Conduct extensive orthopedic surgery scrub duties, including total joint, sports medicine, and fracture procedures, while maintaining strict sterile technique and anticipating surgeon needs. Manage orthopedic instrumentation, power equipment, and implants across specialties such as shoulder, elbow, hand, foot, ankle, and spine care. Ensure patient safety and deliver exceptional patient care within a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center environment. Join the Piedmont OrthoAtlanta team in Fayetteville, Georgia, to support same-day orthopedic procedures under full-time hourly employment.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive orthopedic surgery experience
- Experience with total hip, total knee, shoulder, hand, foot & ankle, and sports medicine cases
- Knowledge of orthopedic implant systems and power tools
- Excellent communication, efficiency, and ability to anticipate the surgeon's next step
- Commitment to patient safety and maintaining a sterile field throughout every procedure
