Orthopedic Surgery Shoulder/Elbow or Hand in Fresno

Conduct elective shoulder, elbow, and hand surgery in the main OR surgical suite or clinic for appropriate cases, supported by a team of eight surgeons and six physician assistants. Manage a call schedule of approximately three to four days per month for community-level trauma. Utilize AI-based charting and an electronic medical record system to facilitate patient management while focusing on surgical care without handling overhead or billing. Engage in teaching rotations for medical students from California Health Sciences University and participate in regional research and leadership projects.
