Orthopedic Surgery Physician

Provide locum tenens orthopedic surgery support in an inpatient hospital setting, covering general orthopedic cases including trauma, spine, hand, foot, knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, emergency consultations, and intensive care unit coverage. Manage twenty-four-hour call rotations during specific periods from September 14 to 28, November 6 to 9, and December 14 to 28. Maintain active Iowa medical licensure or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Letter of Qualification and board certification in orthopedic surgery. Utilize Epic electronic medical record system for documentation. AMN Healthcare arranges malpractice insurance and handles all travel, lodging, and transportation logistics for the contractor.
