Job Summary

Conduct elective and non-elective upper extremity surgeries, with a strong emphasis on hand, elbow, and shoulder expertise. Collaborate closely with physician assistants and surgical assistants to manage the surgical workflow. Manage a call schedule of approximately 1 in 9 for Level 2 community trauma, utilizing dedicated trauma room time for cases picked up on call. Work toward an eventual goal of 2 days per week in the operating room within a collaborative, physician-led environment in South Sacramento.

Required Qualifications

  • fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand/Upper Extremity Surgeon
  • Board Certification or Eligibility
  • Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA
