Job Summary
Conduct upper extremity hand, elbow, and shoulder surgeries, including both elective and non-elective cases, with a focus on high-volume hand/elbow/shoulder expertise. Collaborate closely with physician assistants and surgical assistants in a supportive environment featuring exceptional peri-op and operating room staff. Manage Level 2 community trauma call rotation, approximately 1 in 9, utilizing dedicated trauma room time for cases picked up on call. Operate within a collegial, physician-led organization in South Sacramento that offers flexible schedules, no RVU management, and opportunities for teaching, research, and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand/Upper Extremity Surgeon
- Board Certification or Eligibility
- eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA
