Job Summary
Conduct elective and non-elective upper extremity surgeries, with a strong emphasis on hand, elbow, and shoulder expertise. Collaborate closely with two experienced Physician Assistants and dedicated Surgical Assistants to manage cases in a supportive infrastructure featuring exceptional surgical concierge and peri-op staff. Manage a call schedule of approximately 1 in 9 for Level 2 community trauma, utilizing dedicated trauma room time for cases picked up on call. Work toward an eventual goal of 2 days per week OR time within a physician-led organization offering flexible schedules, no RVU management, and opportunities for teaching, research, and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand/Upper Extremity Surgeon
- Board Certification or Eligibility
- Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA
