Orthopedic Surgeon – Total Joints sought for a board-certified/board-eligible physician to join a well-established, team-based orthopedic group. Focus on primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty with opportunities to build a robust joint replacement practice. Features on-site imaging and physical therapy, productivity-based bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and a partnership track. Flexible schedule with high case volume across four NJ locations (Red Bank, Morganville, Holmdel, Eatontown). Desirable Central New Jersey location with proximity to NYC and Philadelphia; strong emphasis on patient-centered, collaborative care.
Required Qualifications
- Fellowship-trained in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
- Eligible for state medical licensure
- Strong clinical and surgical skills
- Collaborative approach to patient care
- Excellent communication skills
