Job Summary
Orthopedic Surgeon sought to provide surgical and non-surgical management of general orthopedic conditions for a high-volume musculoskeletal patient population. Responsibilities include performing outpatient orthopedic procedures at affiliated ambulatory surgery centers, leading and contributing to evidence-based MSK care and injury-prevention initiatives, optimizing care coordination and documentation using EPIC/MyChart, and serving as a referral anchor for primary care providers. The role emphasizes maintaining a productive workflow aligned with MGMA benchmarks, with a predictable weekday schedule and no inpatient or on-call requirements unless noted. Qualifications include an MD or DO from an accredited medical school, board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery, and an unrestricted Oregon medical license or ability to obtain. The position offers a competitive base salary, two-year guaranteed base salary, productivity incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, CME allowance, PTO, and a partnership opportunity after two years.
