Job Summary
General Orthopedic Surgeon sought to join MercyOne Genesis in the Quad Cities. Provide broad-based orthopedic care including fracture care, sports injuries, joint conditions, arthroscopy, and elective procedures. Work within a Level III Trauma Center with shared evening/weekend call (1:8), dedicated APP support, and a collaborative multispecialty environment. Opportunity to shape a growing orthopedic program, influence clinical pathways and patient experience, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a patient-centered, team-driven setting. Strong institutional support, robust OR access, and potential for long-term growth and autonomy within a supportive medical group.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible
- License to obtain Iowa and Illinois medical licenses
- Broad clinical and surgical skill set in general orthopedics
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Open to graduating residents/fellows and experienced surgeons
