Job Summary
Conduct inpatient and outpatient orthopedic surgery with an expected volume of 30 patients daily, maintaining 36 patient contact hours per week. Oversee one mid-level Advanced Practice Provider within a full-time practice structure. Operate Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Parkview LaGrange office, supported by centralized ancillary services and a broad referring base. This replacement position offers access to advanced surgical technologies and coordinated care teams through the Orthopedics NorthEast partnership.
Required Qualifications
- Board Eligible / Board Certified
- Inpatient / Outpatient Orthopedic Surgeon
- Full time inpatient / outpatient role
- 36 patient contact hours per week
- Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Primary office is located at 207 N Townline Rd. Ste. 201 LaGrange, IN
- Expected volume per day: 30 patients
- Physician will oversee 1 mid-level Advanced Practice Provider
