Job Summary
Provide night shift and 24-hour call coverage across operating room and emergency department settings at this 300-bed facility. Manage emergent orthopedic cases only, reflecting the low-volume nature of this assignment. Call coverage is required as part of this locum tenens engagement, with 5-10 shifts available per month beginning in September. On-site resources are available to support the delivery of quality surgical care throughout each assigned shift.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification in orthopedic surgery
- Night shift coverage capability
- 24-hour call coverage capability
- Emergency department (ER) setting experience
- Operating room (OR) setting experience
- Emergent case management capability
- Availability for 5-10 shifts per month
- Availability starting in September
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Willingness to work 24-hour shifts
