Job Summary
Orthopedic surgeon opportunity in Oak Brook, IL, with a private-practice, startup-velocity model. Role supports high-volume, high-variety casework across sports medicine, total joints, spine, hand & wrist, shoulder, hip, knee, elbow, foot & ankle, pediatrics, or general orthopedics, with near-full case load from day one and infrastructure to grow including 1–3 APPs, EPIC EMR, and strong referral networks. Provides opportunity for equity/ownership, research and product-development involvement, and practice-building with a focus on cost-conscious, outcomes-driven care; competitive base plus incentives, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and shared call.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE in orthopedics (generalist or subspecialist)
- Licensed in Illinois or eligible to be licensed
- ability to build a practice and participate in equity/partnership pathway
- familiarity with EPIC EMR and data-driven outcomes
- willingness to engage in research and product development opportunities
- ability to participate in team physician roles with local institutions and potentially professional sports teams
