Job Summary
Board-certified/eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with Arthroplasty fellowship to provide comprehensive joint replacement care at the VA Northern California Health Care System. Responsibilities include evaluation and management of patients requiring joint replacement, performing total joint procedures, and participation in call coverage and interdisciplinary team meetings. Collaborate with experienced anesthesia and surgical staff, utilize advanced imaging and on-site specialty services, and engage in teaching, committee work, or process improvement. Opportunities for academic involvement with regional partners and a balanced schedule with protected administrative time. Requires MD or DO degree, unrestricted U.S. license, and U.S. citizenship.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Arthroplasty (strongly preferred)
- Unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory
- U.S. citizenship (required)
