Job Summary
Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with Arthroplasty expertise to provide high-quality joint replacement care for Veterans at VA Northern California Health Care System in Mather, CA. Responsibilities include evaluation and management of patients requiring joint replacement, performing total joint procedures (primary and revision), participating in call coverage and interdisciplinary team meetings, maintaining compliance with VHA policies and documentation standards, and engaging in teaching, committee work, or process improvement as appropriate. Opportunity for academic involvement with regional partners and a balanced schedule with protected administrative time.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Arthroplasty (strongly preferred)
- MD or DO degree
- Unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory
- U.S. citizenship (required)
