Job Summary
Orthopedic Surgeon needed at the Phoenix VA Health Care System to perform a wide range of musculoskeletal procedures, including basic fracture stabilization, soft tissue repair, arthroscopy, and arthroplasty with a focus on primary and revision total hip and knee replacements. Adult joint reconstruction fellowship is highly desirable and will be given additional consideration. Eligible for Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP). Applicants must be board-certified, possess a full U.S. medical license, and be a U.S. citizen. Benefits include federal pension, health/dental/vision, CME reimbursement, and potential bonus opportunities. Location: Tempe, AZ; work within the Veterans Affairs system in Phoenix area.
Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon
- MD or DO (Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine)
- 1 full and unrestricted license from any U.S. State or territory
- U.S. Citizenship or eligible per VA policy
