Job Summary
Employed orthopedic surgery opportunity with a hospital-based group: general orthopedic care with potential subspecialization (approximately 50% in total joints or sports medicine, among others). Equipped with Mako robotics and Epic EMR with Dragon dictation; predictable scheduling; immediate operating room block time; access to experienced staff and leadership support. Two-year guaranteed base salary of $660,000 with additional wRVU incentives and recruitment incentive up to $150,000. Shared call model with a 1:4 rotation; comprehensive benefits including paid time off, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and retirement plans.
