Orthopedic Surgeon - Adult Reconstruction

Conduct adult reconstructive surgery in a physician-designed, state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center, supported by on-site rehab, imaging, lab, and pharmacy services. Manage clinical direction and care delivery within a team of five orthopedic surgeons covering Adult Reconstructive, Sports Medicine, Foot & Ankle, and Spine. Primarily operate Monday through Friday with the option to take trauma call for additional stipend and income. Engage with students and residents if desired, leveraging a strong referral network and collegial partners. Join a physician-owned group with unlimited earning potential and a shareholder track featuring one-year ASC ownership, no buy-in, and a base compensation range of $750,000 to $850,000.
