Job Summary
Orthopedic Spine Surgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner needed to join MercyOne Genesis in Davenport (Quad Cities) on a full-time basis. Work with a spine surgeon in a multi-specialty group, providing surgery support in hospital, OR, and clinic settings at a Level III trauma center. Compensation eligible for $135,000–$149,000 annually plus productivity; includes benefits (health/dental/vision/life/disability, 401k with company match), call coverage from day one, $25,000 recruitment incentive, generous PTO and CME allowances, and malpractice coverage. Required Qualifications
- Full-time Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in hospital/OR/clinic settings

- Team-based care environment
- Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) considered favorable
- Malpractice coverage provided
