Job Summary
Provide comprehensive orthopedic spine care to patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. Perform a mix of clinic and operating room duties. Participate in shared spine call responsibilities, approximately 1 week per month. Collaborate effectively with your surgical partner, advanced practice providers, and support staff. Contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, working alongside other specialists. Exceptional Surgical Skills with proven expertise in orthopedic spine surgery; excellent communication and patient-centered care; strong teamwork and alignment with Virginia Mason Franciscan Health values.
