Conduct spine surgeries in a fast-growing Northwest Arkansas community with immediate case volume and no current staff. Utilize 8 operating rooms, including 2 robotic ORs, with a preference for ASC settings over hospital ORs. Manage approximately 10 days of call per month supported by employed and independent surgeons, while emphasizing OR time over clinic time. Operate within a large referral base of 29 in-system primary care physicians with full support from APPs, first assists, hospitalists, and intensivists. Earn up to $800K base salary with earning potential exceeding $1M.
