Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for orthopedic, sports-related, and musculoskeletal conditions. Implement hands-on therapy strategies while monitoring progress, educate patients on self-management protocols, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance outcomes. Demonstrate exceptional customer service by nurturing relationships with patients and caregivers across diverse demographics including pediatric and neurologically impaired individuals. Meet established utilization goals to contribute to operational success.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Basic Life Support Certification by the American Heart Association.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and team members.
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems and basic computer applications.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience treating a diverse patient population, especially in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and the ability to educate others on effective treatment options.
