Orthopedic Rehabilitation Physical Therapist - Full-Time

Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess physical conditions and rehabilitation needs, then design and implement individualized treatment plans targeting mobility, strength, and function. Utilize hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, modalities, and therapeutic exercises, to facilitate pain relief and recovery while continuously monitoring progress to adjust plans based on outcomes. Educate patients and families on ongoing exercises and lifestyle modifications, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with clinic standards using electronic medical record systems. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a multidisciplinary team treating orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT) from an accredited program
- Current licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting, preferably within orthopedic rehabilitation
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in the use of electronic medical records, experience with WebPT is preferred
- experience working in a high-volume outpatient setting
- Familiarity with various rehabilitation techniques and modalities, such as Pilates and aquatic therapy
