Job Summary
Deliver customized therapy plans and manage a diverse caseload of patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, surgeries, and injuries. Utilize expertise in manual therapy and evidence-based interventions to enhance mobility, functionality, and overall health through non-surgical solutions. Conduct detailed evaluations, document progress in EMR systems, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to adapt care plans as necessary. Inspire patients with fitness regimens designed for long-term health maintenance. This onsite role in Perth Amboy supports a culture of clinical excellence and personal relationships within a state-of-the-art outpatient facility.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- An active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, in good standing
- Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques relevant to orthopedic rehabilitation
- Experience in designing and administering effective exercise programs specific to diverse orthopedic needs
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, especially Web PT, to facilitate seamless documentation
- Solid understanding of contemporary physical therapy methodologies supported by the latest research
