Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic tests to identify specific treatment goals for individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Deliver one-on-one patient care utilizing evidence-based practices, manual therapy techniques, and targeted exercise regimens to maximize range of motion and improve functional capacity. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop customized treatment plans and continuously document progress in adherence to clinical practice guidelines. Promote non-invasive treatment modalities to reduce medication reliance while encouraging active patient participation in their rehabilitation journey.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Current and active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Proven experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting
- Strong manual therapy skills
- Proficiency in creating effective exercise programs
- Familiarity with WebPT EMR Software

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced orthopedic setting
- Advanced certifications or specializations in manual therapy or sports rehabilitation
- Experience in utilizing digital tools for patient management and rehabilitation tracking
