Job Summary
Deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension on the 39-bed Orthopedic specialty care unit, specializing in total joint replacements, spine surgery, and headache management. Maintain a safe patient environment driven by "First Do No Harm" principles while fostering team engagement and diversity. Provide care for patients with orthopedic conditions, complicated headaches, and retractable migraines. Maintain current RN licensure in the appropriate state and complete facility-specific curricula for restrictive interventions within three months of hire.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state
- NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions
- One year relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- ENPC, TNCC or CEN
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
