Conduct a wide scope of general orthopedic and total joint cases, including hip/knee and shoulder/elbow procedures, within a new office equipped with EMR. Manage shared call rotation at a 1:3 ratio alongside one other surgeon, two APPs, and an experienced surgical staff. Serve over 60K residents in a highly rated practice with an excellent referral system and supportive admin team, benefiting from high productivity without robotic assistance.
