Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one manual therapy sessions with a full-time caseload of approximately 28 patients weekly, ensuring at least 50% of session time is spent on hands-on treatment. Maintain patient retention and development by keeping patients on schedule, attracting new clients, and securing referrals. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous growth by completing at least two continuing education classes annually, with a focus on manual therapy certifications such as CFMT or COMT. Operate within a cash-based model that eliminates insurance administrative burdens, supported by paid charting time, unlimited CE funds, and comprehensive benefits including a salary range of $105k–$175k.
Required Qualifications
- Manual physical therapy-based clinician
- Significant background in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Candidates from home health or skilled nursing backgrounds will not be a clinical fit
- 50% or more of session time delivering hands-on manual therapy
- Active commitment to continuous professional growth
- Completing at least two physical therapy continuing education classes per year in the last two years
- At least one or two of those continuing education classes being a manual therapy-focused class
- Proficiency in patient retention and development
- Ability to maintain patients on their schedule
- Ability to attract new patients
- Ability to secure referrals from existing patients
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced manual therapy certifications such as CFMT, FAAOMPT, or COMT
