Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to develop customized therapy plans and implement manual therapy techniques tailored to orthopedic issues. Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans using evidence-based practices to enhance recovery rates for individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians and occupational therapists to deliver comprehensive care while educating patients and families on their conditions and rehabilitation goals.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current and valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Washington
- Proven experience in orthopedic physical therapy
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of two years of experience
