Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions to establish treatment goals and develop customized plans. Implement therapeutic modalities including manual therapy and evidence-based exercises to restore mobility and enhance strength. Facilitate post-operative rehabilitation programs and educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise strategies. Maintain comprehensive documentation in the Electronic Medical Records system while regularly assessing progress to adjust treatment strategies. Operate Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, managing approximately two patients per hour in a collaborative outpatient setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Nevada
- Completion of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic or outpatient physical therapy
Desired Qualifications
- Experience specifically in orthopedic settings or familiarity with sports medicine
- Proficiency with EMR systems
