Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations using evidence-based tools to set achievable goals and develop personalized treatment plans focusing on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities. Provide hands-on care by guiding patients through rehabilitative exercises while monitoring technique, and continuously assess progress to adjust strategies for optimal outcomes. Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians for complex case discussions. Work onsite at our Stuart, Florida outpatient facility Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, serving individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- An active Physical Therapy license in Florida or eligibility to obtain one
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical reasoning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- A Master's Degree or higher in a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Experience in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for patient documentation and tracking progress
- Certification in specialized techniques such as Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, or Sports Rehabilitation
