Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient objectives and tailor individualized treatment plans for orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain. Manage a caseload of one patient per hour by implementing evidence-based interventions to increase range of motion and mobility. Design comprehensive care plans utilizing non-surgical options to reduce medication reliance, while motivating patients through personalized fitness programs and education on prevention strategies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize treatment approaches and document all services in compliance with regulatory standards. Evaluate outcomes and adjust plans as necessary to ensure continually improving results. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid Maryland state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Maintaining a clean professional record, free from disciplinary actions associated with your license
- Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Skills in creating effective exercise protocols
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using WebPT EMR Software for patient documentation and care management
- Prior experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting
- Knowledge of current physical therapy practices, including the latest evidence-based techniques and community resources available to patients
