Job Summary
Assess patient goals and needs to create tailored treatment plans, managing a caseload of one patient per hour for effective one-on-one care. Implement evidence-based interventions and customize fitness programs to improve mobility, while encouraging non-medication therapies and surgical alternatives for independent recovery. Perform regular evaluations to monitor progress and adjust care plans, documenting services thoroughly in WebPT. Collaborate with the team of two physical therapists and one PTA to offer holistic approaches to patient health.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Active Physical Therapist license in Texas
- No history of board actions or disciplinary measures
- Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques
- Proficient in designing and implementing effective exercise programs
- At least two years of experience working as a physical therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting
