Job Summary
Deliver personalized orthopedic physical therapy services by conducting comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain. Manage a balanced caseload while implementing evidence-based strategies emphasizing non-surgical interventions to maximize mobility and functionality. Create and adapt exercise programs focused on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, then continuously assess and document progress using Web PT to modify plans as needed. Collaborate with occupational therapists and physicians to ensure continuity of care and build strong therapeutic relationships to encourage patient adherence. Work Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm in our Cypress, California outpatient clinic.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution
- Possession of a valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of California, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings
- Demonstrated proficiency in various manual therapy techniques
- Strong understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation protocols
- Experience in developing and executing successful exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs
- Strong computer skills, including experience with EMR software, particularly Web PT, for maintaining comprehensive patient records
- Up-to-date knowledge of current physical therapy methodologies
- Dedication to continuous professional development
