Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Utilize hands-on techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to facilitate healing, while monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary. Educate patients on injury prevention and lifestyle modifications, collaborate on multidisciplinary team meetings for complex cases, and handle documentation efficiently to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Operate Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a collaborative outpatient clinic environment focused on evidence-based practices and patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Current Nevada Physical Therapy license or the ability to secure one prior to employment
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Strong commitment to enhancing patient care and a patient-first philosophy
Desired Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Familiarity with evidence-based treatment protocols in orthopedic rehabilitation
- Proven ability to build strong rapport with patients and encourage adherence to treatment plans
- History of participating in professional development and continuing education programs
