Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' goals and needs to develop tailored treatment plans for musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgery recovery, and chronic pain management. Utilize therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve motion, mobility, and function while implementing fitness programs to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Educate and motivate patients on their rehabilitation journey, monitor progress, and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Document all patient interactions and progress accurately in compliance with organizational policies. Collaborate regularly with other healthcare professionals to share insights and enhance comprehensive patient care within our multidisciplinary onsite facility.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active State License to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey
- At least two years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, specifically in treating musculoskeletal conditions
- Proven ability to design and implement effective treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments
