Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess functional abilities and establish treatment goals. Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans incorporating manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities. Perform hands-on therapy sessions to enhance mobility and reduce pain while providing education on injury prevention and self-management. Monitor progress using outcome measures to adjust plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary providers for coordinated care. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and outcomes. This full-time onsite role in Fort Lauderdale includes standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- An active or eligible license to practice physical therapy in the state of Florida
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in an orthopedic or rehabilitation setting
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and patient tracking
- Familiarity with clinical outcome measures and evidence-based practice guidelines
