Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of patients with orthopedic conditions to evaluate functional abilities, mobility, and pain levels. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient-specific goals, medical histories, and recovery timelines using evidence-based therapeutic exercises and modalities. Educate patients and families on injury prevention techniques and post-treatment care strategies. Maintain detailed documentation of progress and treatment responses in accordance with state regulations while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. Work onsite primarily facilitating home care for individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, fractures, and sports-related injuries. Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
